Editorial policy
Short version: the reader is the customer. Everything below is that sentence applied to specific situations.
Independence
Vendors do not pay for reviews, cannot preview them, and cannot edit their listings. Affiliate relationships exist and are disclosed on the page where they apply — including stating when a link is not an affiliate link. No score, ranking, comparison verdict or finder recommendation is for sale, at any price.
Editorial vs. sponsored
If a listing is ever sponsored, it says so on the listing itself — not in a footer, not on a separate page. Sponsorship buys visibility, never wording. Editorial reviews are published under the HIMEXA Editorial byline and follow the process described in How we review.
User reviews
HIMEXA does not yet host user reviews. When it does, they will be displayed separately from editorial content, labelled as user opinion, and moderated against fake and incentivised submissions. What you see today is editorial only — one perspective, clearly owned.
Use of AI
HIMEXA writes about AI tools and uses them: drafting assistance, research support, and the code behind this site. Every published claim is still a human responsibility — facts checked against primary sources, pricing stamped with the date it was verified, and opinions owned by the editor, not attributed to a model. We never publish AI-generated user testimonials, invented statistics, or fabricated experience.
Corrections
Errors get fixed in the page itself, and material corrections update the page's last-reviewed date. To report one, use the “Report an issue” link on any tool page or write to mail@digitalsolutionnepal.com. A stale price or a shipped feature is exactly the kind of report we want.
